Support&Tips

You can download the operation manual here:

Proper adjustment of the support lever:
• do not want to ride on the support wheel
• the goal is to wheelie so that the support wheel does not touch the ground (as if it were not there)
• ie if the support wheel hits many times the ground, push the lever forward (in the ‘-’ direction)
• so you gradually feel and get used to the higher position of the front wheel

So start practicing:

• wear full protective gear

• practice on non-public, non-traffic road

• on smooth road surface

• do not hit anything

• do not rush the learning period

• the tire pressure in the front wheel must not be low

• sit back enough in the seat so that you can just gear up

• right foot all the way over the rear brake to develop as become natural

• try first in gear 2 or 3, where the throttle reaction is not so direct

• first try to wheelie only on throttle without using a clutch to see how your vehicle behaves (with the support lever in the ‘+’ position and in the lower position of the support wheel)

• then continue the exercise by slipping the clutch (in the ‘0’ position of the support lever, in the middle position of the support wheel)

• if you already feel the reactions of your vehicle, practice with the lever in the ‘0’ position in the upper position of the support wheel

• if you have already practiced a lot, use the castor instead of the support wheel, in this case the goal is to be able to wheelie safely and for a long distance so that the castor does not hit the ground (only for safety reason)

• standing in one place, practicing the pivot-turn also speeds up the routine of using the throttle-clutch rear brake, so learning wheelie speeds up as well

• during the practicing relax and stretch your forearms sometimes, and regularly check that the WHEELIEMATE screws are properly tightened.
