Brake sensor yes or no?

Brake sensor yes or no?

On e-motors, you also need to use the rear brake when practicing wheelie, but this requires a little modification!

e-motos (ebikes) like Talaria, Surron, E-ride often have a brake sensor that immediately cuts off the electric drive when you brake.

This is not good because you cannot control wheelie or pivot turns with the rear brake, because if you use the rear brake even a little, the control electronics immediately shut off the drive.

That is why it is recommended to pull the rear brake sensor apart and then seal both connecting parts with some kind of adhesive tape. Although the brake light will not light up when using the rear brake, use the front brake when braking and if you do not pull the sensor apart there, your brake light will work too!
